The winners of the 2017 Texprocess Innovation Awards have just been announced: Coloreel has won best new technology. What innovation caught the judges’ attention and that of Trendease? Embroline by Coloreel, an attachment for embroidery machines, enables a single white thread to be colored on-demand during production, which improves design capabilities and overall production efficiency while minimizing stock of numerous reels of solid colored threads. It basically dyes the thread in the machine before reaching the needle. Amazing.
